Short Life
Inalillahi Wa Inaelahi Rajaoon.
We pass by each other, we say a hi… or we don’t, it depends on our mood. We have arguments and fights with people… we have misunderstandings with others and walk away… not ever turning back. We take every one else for granted and so we let our prides come in the way and misbehave with others. Little do we know that everything can stop and any given time. A millisecond is enough to change your life… it is enough for you to realize that life is short… short but fast, so fast that you are left flabbergasted with the vacuum that slaps you across your face when a life comes to an end.
This post is dedicated to Waheeda. I didn’t know you well but your death was enough for me to realize the reality that you have left behind. May Allah forgive all your sins and grant you paradise. As I write this post, I grieve with your family, for there loss and I cannot help but realize how heavy my heart feels just thinking about you. Inalillahi Wa Inaelahi Rajaoon.
I met my university friends after a year at a funeral. It took the death of one of us to meet each other. That is sad. We are here for a short time, I know I haven’t been the best at keeping in touch but I will try my best to do so. I hope you all forgive me for any short comings. Life to too short to brood over misunderstandings and what not, lets all move past that and remain united. This message is for every one I know, and I say this from the bottom of my heart.

I pray God grants Waheeda's soul peace, Ameen.
You're right, life is way too short to hold grudges and cling onto our egos.
You never know when you might regret the last thing you said, or didn't say, to someone...

And I just so wish people would realise / understand for themselves, what the two of you'll have said, sooner...
Amin Brother... Amin
